Pickandplan.ae is a travel booking platform that allows users to browse and book travel experiences in various destinations around the world. By using our website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions govern your use of the website, your purchase of products or services from Pickandplan.ae, and your relationship with Pickandplan.ae.

PRICING AND RATES:

All prices and rates listed on pickandplan.ae are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise specified. All taxes, fees and other charges are included, unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION OF SHOWS:

Pickandplan.ae reserves the right to cancel any show or activity due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. In the event of a cancellation, customers will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund. Please note that some shows or events may have specific cancellation policies and fees, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Any Cancellation or changes in itinerary are not subjected to a cash refund. Adventure trips /Water sports/ Desert & Mountain archives are not at own responsibility. Some programs and tours can change without prior notice due to weather & technical reasons

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE:

Customers must inform Pickandplan.ae of any cancellations or changes to their booking as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity or show will be charged at 100% of the booking value. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the activity or show will be charged at 50% of the booking value.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

All payments must be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Pickandplan.ae accepts payment via credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

CONFIRMATION:

Customers will receive a booking confirmation email after making a reservation on pickandplan.ae. This email will contain all the relevant information about the activity or show, including the date, time, location, and any additional information required.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Pickandplan.ae strongly recommends that customers purchase travel insurance before embarking on any activities or shows. Travel insurance can provide cover for unexpected events such as cancellation, illness, or injury.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have all the necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required documentation. Pickandplan.ae cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses or expenses incurred due to failure to obtain such documents.

WEBSITE USAGE LIMITATION:

Pickandplan.ae reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the website, or any part of it, at any time without notice. The website may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

ITINERARY ALTERATIONS:

Pickandplan.ae reserves the right to alter the itinerary of any activity or show due to weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any changes, and offered an alternative date or a refund.

GOVERNING LAW

 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PickandPlan.ae reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the PickandPlan.ae website.
